I loved my stay at The Modern Suite. Quick communication, easy parking, great check-in including photo directions. The neighborhood is very quiet but still close to things to do. It is true you can hear some noises from the main house but nothing that disturbed me. Frankly, as a woman traveling alone I like the reassurance of knowing someone was close. An added bonus was all the little unexpected touches including the motion sensor lights at night and toiletries in case you forgot. Highly recommend. – Linda

This is an entire home that is built to be as sustainable as it can be. It includes a 7 Kilowatt solar array, has a tank that works with the minimum amount of water possible, and “low emissivity” windows.

It offers all the amenities and space that one could want (even a sound system and a pool!). Unfortunately, it is not a standalone unit and does not have an oven/stove, which would violate city regulations.
