John and Arturo were AMAZING pre, during, and post-trip checking in to ensure my experience was everything I wanted it to be. The location is fantastic and you feel like you are living in a beach home on the water. The place was immaculate & beautifully decorated. Not only was it so nicely done but there was coffee, beverages, and snacks. The lights and table outside added a perfect touch to sit and drink coffee. The location is not only amazing in the sense of being by the ocean, parks, restaurants but you are a few miles from Boston. I frequent trips to Winthrop and I will officially make this Airbnb my second home moving forward! I would HIGHLY recommend!!!! – Katerina
